Alternative Advertising is the contracted fulfillment company for promotional merchandise, specializing in apparel programs, ad specialties, off shore production, embroidery, screen printing, and incentive programs.  Alternative Advertising maintains a reputation for high-quality products and service.

Shipping Information

• All of the products in this store are made to order. 
• All of the apparel products will be fulfilled within 3 weeks of the date the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. 
• If due to exceptional demand, any items are temporarily unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to determine how you would like to proceed.
• All orders will be invoiced for merchandise, applicable tax and shipping charges.
• Express shipping is available, please note that those rates are much greater than UPS ground rates. 

Ordering Information

• To view and order merchandise, click on the category listed in the left margin of the main page.  Then click on the thumbnail picture you have choosen to view.  
• Mouse over the color chart and it will change the color of the garment image.
• Select the size, color, logo (if you would like to add your logo along with the SIMA logo, go to "Custom Options" and upload your artwork) then click on the "add to cart" button to add the item to the shopping cart.
• Artwork questions, please call or e-mail, we'd love to help.  
• You may adjust quantities after you have placed items in the cart.
• Proceed to checkout - you will be asked to create a log-in before checking out.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  These cards must be payable in US dollars.
• All orders will contain a packing slip that will reflect what is included in the shipment and will note any items that were not available and have been backordered.  
• All orders placed on this site, will recieve an order acknowledgement by e-mail soon after receipt of your on-line order.

Artwork Information

• The preferred format is an EPS.  If the art has been created in Adobe Illustrator than please export it in an EPS format with the text converted to outlines. 
• Customer Satisfaction is our goal, therefore if you have another format, please allow us the opportunity to see how we can help you.

Returns

• Alternative Advertising is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction.  Returns will be accepted on any defective merchandise in new, unworn condition. Please return it within 15 days of receipt.

• A refund will be issued for returned merchandise, excluding freight charges.  If a return is due to an Alternative error or a manufacturers defect, all shipping charges will be refunded as well. 

         How to return merchandise

• Call Alternative Advertising to obtain an RA number (262-670-5556)
• Write the RA number on the outside of every box.
