Custom Options for SIMA Merchandise
2 & 4 Day Express Product Requirements What does 2 day & 4 day mean? These are products that will be shipped from our manufacturing facility within 48 or 96 business hours once the order is placed and the requirements below are met. This does not include transit time. If at all possible, utilize UPS ground service as that service is usually adequate and express shipping costs can be significant.
In order to maintain the 2 & 4 business day express project timeline, we will need to maintain the following requirements:
- Orders must be placed by 12:00 (noon) central standard time
- Artwork must be emailed by 12:00 (noon central standard time to customorders@alternativead.com
- Artwork must be an EPS, Adobe Illustrator or a high resolution (600 dpi or greater) PDF or JPEG
- Artwork must be submitted as a one color without gradients or shadows
- There is a maximum quantity per product, if it goes over that amount we will contact you to let you know this, the same day the order is placed
- There are no electronic proofs available - the order is placed with the artwork sized according to the logo size area. The timeline is too short to allow for proofs. If you would like a proof and are able to wait the normal 3 weeks for production, please indicate this in the email with the artwork. We will then provide an electronic proof for you in 3-5 days
Adding a decoration? We can add your company logo or an individual name to most of the SIMA products. Simply call or email our team and we will walk you through the details. If you have an EPS format of art, please attach it to the email below. Please indicate the order number and the product number you are ordering, in the subject line.

Artwork Information In order to meet your in hands date we will need you to provide electronic art in a high resolution file or a vector format. Some examples of vector art is Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or an EPS with the fonts converted to outlines/curves. If you need help with this, please contact us and we will walk you through it.
